Darek led a team of physiotherapists and sports trainers from 2009 to 2011 and is also in-charge of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), cartilage repair and golf rehabilitation programme. In 2012-2013, Darek set up his own private practice GoPhysio which specialises in providing top notch home physiotherapy services. The following year BMJ Physiotherapy was conceived to bring together a team of Allied Health Professionals to provide quality rehabilitative care to our patients.

His treatment techniques include the use of Clinical Pilates and Visceral Manipulation to treat movement dysfunction. He also uses dry needling, radial shockwave therapy and myofascial release technique as part of his treatment protocol. Qi Qin is an empathic listener and believer of individualized and active treatment approach to pain and injury. Through thorough assessment, education, manual therapy, taping, movement re-education and exercise, she has guided her clients of all ages return to activities and sports of various levels. During her time in NUH, she served as the team leader for sports physiotherapy and was responsible for guiding students and new graduates to meet clinical proficiency.

Qi Qin does HIIT to keep up with fitness and during her free time, enjoys cycling and swimming. She is currently pursuing a certification in APPI Mat work Pilates, to sharpen her acuity in movement awareness and exercise prescription.

Sharon is experienced with sport injuries including a wide range of a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries including hand injuries and post-operative orthopaedic conditions.

Sharon is also active in the sports scene where she provided medical coverage for the Team Singapore during major games – SEA games, SEA Paragames and Asian games. She is a certified KinesioTape and RockTape practitioner, and also a level 1 Animal Flow instructor. She is a dancer, yogi, basketball player and creates her own HIIT exercises.

Her true passion, however, came to be in Physiotherapy as it gave her immense satisfaction customizing treatment programmes for her patient’s rehabilitation; knowing she plays an integral role in each and every patient’s physical and mental health. 

In her free time, Angela volunteers in overseas outreach programs such as Myanmar and Siem Reap to educate kids and adults on simple self-care exercises.

Bruno was the team leader at CSMC and was the Principal investigator in a multi-department musculoskeletal disorder research group. He won both the Changi General Hospital Best Service award and the Eastern Health Alliance Caring award in 2014. He was the official physiotherapist for major local and international sports events in Singapore including: South East Asian Games 2015, World Rugby 7s 2014, National Netball Super League and Singapore schools Inter-varsity Taekwondo Competition.

Pei Han discovered her passion in sports and musculoskeletal early and developed her skillset in the area, treating clients with a wide array of injuries including hand injuries and post-operative orthopaedic conditions with successful outcomes. 


Pei Han recently spent three years in New Zealand, working with rugby teams, competitive athletes, weekend warriors – young and old. She acquired a Master’s qualification in Sports Physiotherapy from University of Otago during her time in New Zealand. Pei Han is trained in DMA Clinical Pilates (L1: Mat work and Reformer), Functional Movement Screen, Dry Needling, and the McKenzie method for spinal management. 


Pei Han is an advocate of “exercise is medicine” and is most passionate about getting people regardless of profile back on their feet. She believes in returning clients to higher function through a thorough assessment, manual therapy and carefully tailored movements and exercises.
